Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
